Night/Silent Auction:
We will be accepting donations for the Jazz Night/Silent Auction to be
held in early spring. If you have an item or service or you know of a
local business that would like to donate an item or service please
collect and contact Janine Kovitz at 779-0945.
Spring IMB Garage Sale:
We will be having another Spring Garage Sale, so make sure to set aside
any gently used items. This has been a huge fundraiser in the past and
we hope to keep up the tradition.
Stadium Seat Cushions:
Well, the bad news is that we inherited the seat cushions back. The
marketing class did their best but could not sell any. The good news is
that we probably could sell them pretty easily at the MPHS Hockey games.
The benches get pretty darn cold. So if a group of parents want to get
together and try to sell the cushions they are in Mr. Taton’s classroom
by the drinking fountain. They can be sold for $10.00 a cushion.
Gold Fundraiser:
Do you have gold bracelets/necklaces popular in the 80’s sitting kinked
in a drawer? How about those gold cuff links passed down from your
uncle. What about that one lonely earring you’re keeping with hopes
that you will eventually find its mate—face it, it’s staying single
forever? If it is 10k, 14k, 18k, or 24k we would be eternally grateful
(or at least for the remainder of this school year) if you donated it
for our gold drive fundraiser. Every ounce counts!
EBay Items:
Do you have a rare collectible or book that you know is worth more than
garage sale would bring? This is your chance to donate it to a good
cause. We will be Ebaying valuable items over the course of the school
year.
Ecophones:
This is a recycling company that pays for cell phones, ink jet
printer cartridges, laptop/notebook computers, iPods, & both
still and video digital cameras. Please bring any items to Mr.
Taton’s classroom.
Please contact Ray & Janine Kovitz at 779-0945 or
989-928-5817 for drop off or pick up arrangements. Thank you for
supporting the Mt. Pleasant Music Programs. As always, please
keep saving those pop cans and bottles for our bottle drives!!
